Tarheel Shrine Coalition

Mission Statement
The Tar Heel Shrine Coalition's mission is to promote effective leadership, organizational accountability, unity, and progressive growth throughout the Imperial Domain.
We are committed to identifying, vetting, and supporting the most qualified candidates seeking leadership positions at the Imperial level. Through a fair, transparent, and objective evaluation process, we will provide candidates the opportunity to present their platforms, qualifications, experience, and vision for the future. Our goal is to assess each candidate's ability to address the current and future needs of the Imperial Domain while upholding the principles and values of our organization.
Furthermore, we strive to establish and strengthen collaborative relationships with other coalitions throughout the Domain, fostering open dialogue, shared perspectives, and constructive discussions on matters affecting our organization.
Through these partnerships, we will advocate for meaningful improvements to organizational programs, policies, rules, regulations, and bylaws that promote efficiency, accountability, sustainability, and the continued advancement of our governing body.
Our commitment is to place the needs of the organization above individual interests, encourage informed decision-making, promote responsible leadership, and help preserve a strong, unified, and sustainable Imperial Domain for future generations.
